Three centuries
of one flavour
A unique taste enjoyed all over the world, with a history of 300 years.
MADO began in Kahramanmaraş, where mountain herbs, goat's milk and salep gave the region's ice cream its famous stretch and density. That recipe still travels with us — churned, pounded and served the way it always has been.
Today MADO shops are far more than ice cream parlours. Alongside the traditional tastes of Turkish cuisine, we serve ice-cream cakes, profiteroles, baklava, sarma, walnut muska and dolama — every one of them made the original way.
